A Slap on the Wrist

JoJo Simmons, the son of Run-DMC's Rev Run, got a slap on the wrist for his pot and resisting arrest bust. JoJo was ordered to perform one day of community service and stay out of trouble for a year after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct. The drug charge against the aspiring rap star was dismissed, his lawyer Paul Nalven said.
He was arrested May 8 in Washington Heights after officers allegedly spotted him rolling a joint behind the wheel of his BMW.
His father had no comment after the sentencing.
