T.I. appeared on Larry King last night for his first post-prison interview and it was interesting to say the say. Obviously, T.I. has been media trained prior to his appearance and instructed to dodge certain questions. There was a lot of Larry asking a question and T.I. repeating it as if he was searching for the right answer in his head. Basically, he insists that he got the cache of guns because he feared for his safety. He also mentions how he came up and his baby momma Tiny (but dodges the question of whether he'll appear on her show. Word on the street is he is forbidding her to do another season). I felt that some of Larry's questions were asked a few times to elicit different answers....an old journalist trick. LoL. Peep the interview below:

Pretty In Pink
Mary's Acting Gig

Mary J. Blige as signed on to play jazz icon Nina Simone after years of rumours that she was the front-runner for the role. The film is currently titled "Nina" and is set to be directed by Cynthia Mort, who also wrote the script. The plot will revolve around Nina Simone's relationship later in life with her assistant Clifton Henderson. With a current budget of $10 million, the film is scheduled to begin shooting in France this September.
Mary hasn't done a lot of acting before so for her to be entrusted with such an iconic role is huge. Interested to see how this pans out for Ms. Mary.
1 Big Happy Family

Last week we told you that Eddie Murphy was ready to step up and be a dad. You see, since she was born Eddie has rejected his daughter, Angel Iris, with Mel B. But now it seems that he wants to have one big blended family with all his kids knowing each other.
Mel B, her hubby and Angel were spotted hanging with her Angel's sister Bella (Eddie’s youngest daughter with Nicole).
Good to see them together!

How nice is it to see Ingra out and about?? We missed the Ill Na Na! The rapper made an appearance on Mo'Nique last night with the original Foxy Brown (Pam Grier) to talk about losing her hearing and finding salvation through the Lord. Foxy put on a lil weight while she's been out the spotlight, but we ain't mad. Come and reclaim your rightful place on top of this female hip-hop game Fox!
Dirty Money: Hello, Good Morning
Diddy shows off the finer things in life (what else is new) in his video for Dirty Money's "Hello Good Morning." We see fast cars, the upscale party scene and some cameos from Ricky Ross, Swizz Beatz, T.I. and ugh....Ciroc Bottles (of course). I swear Diddy gonna be Diddy Boppin till he's 90.
P.S. T.I. didn't waste no time getting right back into the swing of things eh?
