Is T.I. Getting AXE'd?

Uh-oh looks like T.I. may lose AXE body spray as a sponsor after his pill-popping arrest. TMZ was the first to report the developments:

T.I.’s ecstasy arrest has caused a serious stink with some of his sponsors — in fact, the people behind AXE body spray are considering kicking the rapper to the curb.
A rep for AXE tells TMZ they’re “troubled by [T.I.'s] arrest” and have been forced into “reviewing our promotional activities” with the rapper. Translation — it doesn’t look good for T.I.
T.I. — real name Clifford Harris — locked down a deal with AXE earlier this year after promising the company that he was “working to become a more positive role model.”
So far, T.I. is still featured on the company’s website … but it smells like that could change at any moment.

Rihanna's New Single Art *Yawn*

Annnnd she's kinda sorta naked again. After her antics during the promotion of the last CD, I'm not even surprised by Rihanna's first single cover. I guess this is why she was sporting the ugly red wig.

Awww Jay-Z Throws Beyonce's BDay Party

Who knew Jay-Z was such a romantic? According to the NY post, the rapper threw his wife Beyonce an intimate party for her 29th Birthday last weekend. Here's how the paper is reporting it:

He took over nightlife im presario Scott Sartiano's and Richie Akiva's about-to-open Chelsea restaurant, The Darby, and invited friends including Alicia Keys, Serena Williams, Kanye West and Sean "Diddy" Combs to toast Beyonce . . . while DJ Cassidy took over the decks. A spy reports, "Jay brought a six-layer cake out for B, they were really affectionate. Cassidy played Stevie Wonder's 'Happy Birthday.' The party went on until 6 a.m. Both Jay and B's moms were there, but there was no sign of her father or her sister. Diddy was the last to leave. Jay filled the room with orchids."

Kings of Leon: Radioactive

Yesterday we told you about Kings of Leon new single. Well, here's the video for "Radioactive" in its entirety. The video has a very vintage country feel to it and I love how it was directed. Looks like the perfect way to end the summer. Nicely done Kings of Leon.

Halle's New Man?

Is this a new couple alert? I dunno at this point but Halle Berry was photographed in Paris passionately kissing French actor Olivier Martinez. Halle's new alleged beau is the former husband of Australian pop star Kylie Minogue.
Sources say the two lovers walked hand in hand in the streets of Paris, laughed and hugged each other and did not try to hide from photographers. At night , the couple dined at an Italian restaurant where they could not keep their hands to each other.

Chris Brown Gets A Girl All Wet on the Beach..

Chris Brown was spotted soaking panties yesterday on the beach...not like that you perv! He was just throwing girls into the water. Where is your mind? Lol. Anyways, the blond with Chris is Deanna Pena AKA Miss Dade County. He's been spending a bit of time with her lately, despite piling groupies into the trunk of his car over the weekend.
For the record, Miss Dade County was previously linked to J. Holiday, and she's supposedly an up and coming rapper. Chris has been bringing her to his club hosting gigs in ATL, VA, and of course, Miami. They met a while back when she appeared in his "Kiss Kiss" video.

Judge Lets Foxy off the Hook For Showin her A**

Finally Foxy Brown has caught a break. Although she did show her azz (literally) the courts decided that although it might have been ashy and offensive, it wasn’t felonious. Here's how the NY Daily News is reporting it:

Prosecutors dropped all but one charge against hot-headed rapper Foxy Brown, who faced seven years in prison for violating a restraining order, lawyers said Tuesday. Brown appeared in Brooklyn Criminal Court for a 1 minute 22 second hearing and she learned the grand jury failed to indict her with two felonies and three of four misdemeanors.
“I’m so happy, I’m just very happy,” said Brown, dressed to the nines in a skimpy teal dress, dark sunglasses, a leopard print scarf and tan platform shoes. “Never once did I worry about this,” she said.
Brown was arrested in July for allegedly shouting obscenities at neighbor Arlene Raymond after running into her on a Prospect Heights street. Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, then bent over and exposed her butt to the woman.
Raymond got a restraining order against Brown after she said the rapper beaned her with a BlackBerry in 2007. Brown’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, said his client will face at worst community service for the single count of misdemeanor criminal contempt if convicted. “Mooning is not an aggravated act,” he said.

RiRi New Tats? + Album News

Rihanna spent her weekend hanging out on the beach in Hawaii. Her body is niiiice still. But what's up with the huge gun tattoo and the tats covering her arms? Well, they're probably for her new movie "Battleship" for which she's been filming recently. Although I wouldn't doubt that RiRi would make em real. Looks like her flavour.
In othr RiRi news, last night she announced announced her album title on one of her biggest chat rooms, Rihannadaily.com. Rihanna announced that her new project's title will be called LOUD saying,

"Get LOUD everybody, get crazy, get excited, cuz im pumped, im just gonna be ME, cuz thats what u guys love the most, and thats what makes me feel best! just being normal, normal for me is LOUD! sassy, fun, flirty, energetic."
