The-Dream Filed for Divorce During CMili's Pregnancy

You know there's been a ton of coverage of The-Dream and Christina Milian since photos emerged of The-Dream and his personal assistant getting touchy feely on a beach. People thought he was cheating, Christina was still wearing her ring, then there was that open letter from The-Dream where he talked suicide attempts. Well, it turns out that The-Dream filed for divorce a little over a week before Christina gave birth to their daughter Violet!
According to TMZ reports:

Christina Milian’s husband — The-Dream — filed for divorce nine days before she gave birth to their only child.
According to documents filed in Georgia and obtained by TMZ, The-Dream — aka Terius Nash — claims the marriage is “irretrievably broken.” The-Dream filed his papers on February 17, but the docs never surfaced until we found out. Milian gave birth to their only child, a daughter, on February 26. In the divorce docs, The-Dream declares, “There is no hope for reconciliation.”

Daaaaaamn....that's how people are doing each other these days? C-O-L-D!

Foxy Brown Enters NOT Guilty Plea

After being arrested the other day for allegedly breaking a protection order taken out by her neighbour, Foxy Brown faced the judge in Brooklyn Criminal Court yesterday. News sources report that Inga entered a plea of Not Guilty to the charges.
Foxy's neighbour Arlene Raymond claims that Foxy violated the order of protection by verbally assaulting her. Fox denies it all. She says she was just outside "practicing for her upcoming performance". The Brooklyn criminal court held her in criminal content, and she was released today on $5,000 bail. Her next court date is next week. If convicted, she faces another 7 years in the slammer.
I'm gonna refrain from commenting. I just wish our female rappers could get it together and make some dope music. That is all.

Swizzy Denies Weekend Wedding to AKeys

Apparently the rumours of a weekend wedding were so rampant that Swizz Beatz felt the need to address them.

“Well its not this weekend!” Swizz Beatz tells OK! magazine. ”But you know, were excited. Our union is amazing. Our union is pure. Our union is positive no matter what people say or what people think, time will tell everything and you know, silence is the best thing. We just keep it private and we do our thing and just have fun with it.

Swizzy also spoke about Alicia's pregnancy:

“I’m very excited about that! Children, you know, they’re a blessing and I’m very excited.” And his older children feel the same way. “They’re excited as well. We keep the energy positive. Everything surrounding kids should always be positive. That’s the number one rule. I think she’s going to be an amazing mom because she’s an amazing person,” he says. ”If you're an amazing person, it all equals the same thing.”

The Odd Couple: Nas & Amy Winehouse

Remember the days when Amy Winehouse's voice had the whole music industry mesmerized? Remember how her unique jazz sound was blasted on every Top 40 radio station? *le sigh* those days are like a fading memory now. Yesterday, the troubled singer was seen stumbling and leaning on rapper Nas while leading London's Kyashii club (where Damien Marley was celebrating his birthday). A Nas-Amy Winehouse collabo would be something, wouldn't it? We hope she gets her ish together, although right now it's looking bleak.

Foxy Brown Arrested for Altercation

Foxy Brown was arrested last night for bad-mouthing a nemesis neighbor who had an order of protection against her - and then exposing herself, cop sources said. Apparently Foxy was rehearsing in her Prospect Heights pad before she had yet another dustup outside with Arlene Raymond, whom the rapper was accused of hitting with a BlackBerry in 2007, police soutces told the NY Daily News.
Raymond apparently looked at Brown - and Foxy flipped out, giving Raymond an earful. "Bitch, what are you looking at? What the fuck are you looking at?" Foxy snarled before lifting her skirt, the sources said, citing Raymond's complaint. Raymond then called police.
Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was collared and slapped with one count of criminal contempt - a class E felony - for violating the order of protection, which bars her from having contact with Raymond, the sources said.
