Lil Kim and Faith Clash at Diddy's White Party
Lil Kim and Faith had a face-to-face encounter towards the close of Sean "Diddy" Combs' coveted White Party in California, sources have reported.
Faith and Kim, whom both shared a relationship with The Notorious B.I.G., crossed paths at the White Party, which was held in Los Angeles instead of The Hampton's in New York.
Sources with AllHipHop.com said that Lil Kim took issue with her representation in Notorious, the biopic in which Faith was attached to.
Faith was in attendance with her husband and Lil Kim was with producer Choke No Joke and to some, this augmented the tension.
"It was really heated," one source said. "It was about to pop off...there was crazy screaming."
According to sources, Faith was saying, "I love you" to Lil Kim and Kim responded with "God bless you."
However, later at the event, Kim asked Faith, "How would you say you love me when you trashed me in your book?"
Under anonymity, a source told AllHipHop.com "We know that [Faith saying 'I love you'] is bulls**t. It wasn't even about the movie. It hurt Kim that she was being fake."
Actor Dennis Da Menace, who played D-Roc in "Notorious" and Devante Swing of Jodeci fame were able to prevent a potentially violent exchange between Faith's husband, Todd Russaw, and Choke No Joke.
"At first it was cool, but then Dennis had to peace it out," another source said.
Russaw reportedly attempted to take pictures as Kim and Faith spoke peacefully, to which Choke took exception.
Choke expressed publicly that it was inappropriate to take pictures and charged that Russaw was intoxicated. Russaw was not available for comment on the allegation.
Of the matter, Choke would only say, "Yes, I was there, but I don't have nothing to do with it. Please leave me out of it."
Sean "Diddy" Combs was not at the location at the time of the incident.
Despite the drama, Diddy managed to raise awareness for a charity, Malaria No More and his guests enjoyed their time, reports say.
Guests included Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, Khloe Kardashian, Busta Rhymes, Tyrese, Shanna Moakler, Lindsay Lohan, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon and Jonah Hill.
Even Chris Brown attended and performed his rendition of "Thriller."

Another Young Star Reaches Out? UPDATED
Just a short while ago, rapper Bow Wow took the opportunity to use his Twitter to seemingly reach out. Sorry about the blurry image, my computer is acting funny but I wanted to capture his Tweet. Bow Wow tweeted "Man I be gettn bored wit life. I wish I neva did and seen err thang so soon. I have nuffin to look forward 2. I'm down more than I am happy."
Could the young rapper me crying out for help? Last week Soulja Boy also tweeted about the pressures of the industry. This makes you wonder what these young men with seemingly "perfect" lifestyles are actually going through.
UPDATE: Bow Wow's last 2 Tweets read: In a dark place. Goodbye.

Never Can Say Goodbye....MJ Memorial in Photos
The tribute to The King of Pop was touching, well thought-out and very respectful. Speakers included Queen Latifah, Berry Gordy, Stevie Wonder, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Al Sharpton, Brooke Shields, Martin Luther King III and Bernice King, Smokey Robinson, Marlon and Jermaine Jackson and Michael's daughter Paris. Performers included: Mariah Carey, Lionel Richie, Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Hudson, John Mayer, Jermaine Jackson, Shaheen Jafargholi.
The most touching moment of the memorial occured when Michael’s daughter told her aunt Janet she wanted to speak. She told the audience, “From the day I was born, daddy has been the best father you can ever imagine. And I just want to say I love him so much,” before breaking down in Janet’s arms. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time. May Michael Joseph Jackson rest in peace.

Gun Belonged to McNair's Jump-Off
Here's how AP is reporting it:
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Police say the gun found at the scene where former NFL star Steve McNair died was bought by his girlfriend less than two days before the two were shot to death.
Nashville police spokesman Don Aaron said yesterday that 20-year-old Sahel Kazemi bought the semi automatic handgun Thursday evening from a person he didn't name.
An autopsy showed that McNair and Kazemi died early Saturday. He was shot four times and his death has been ruled a homicide. She was shot once and Aaron said police still are waiting for ballistic and gunpowder residue tests before deciding if she was slain or committed suicide.
Their bodies were found in a Nashville condominium leased by McNair, who was 36.
Aaron said that as far as he knows McNair was not with Kazemi when she got the gun.

Jay-Z May Not Be Recession-Proof....
Attorney Michael DiMattia says his client [Jay Z] is a Grammy Award-winning deadbeat -- and he wants out.
"We are seeking to withdraw because . . . our requests for payment have been ignored," DiMattia wrote in a letter to Manhattan Federal Court Judge Loretta Preska.
"It's astounding," said Rex Burch, a lawyer for the workers. "For rap's biggest mogul, you'd think this amount of money would be chump change."

L.A. Braces for MJ Memorial Crowds
Police are bracing for a huge crowd of fans expected to turn out to the Michael Jackson memorial and are warning those without tickets to stay away.
About 1.6 million people registered to be one of 17,500 people inside the memorial at the Staples Center sports arena in downtown Los Angeles Tuesday or to watch it on large video screens at a nearby theater.
Fans who won tickets were to be told by e-mail on Sunday. The company sponsoring the event will pick 8,750 names from a list of online lottery entrants each winner will receive two tickets.
A family spokesman declined to give details of the event, such as who might eulogize Jackson or which of the King of Pop's celebrity friends may perform. He did not offer specifics of a separate, private family funeral, and police told Reuters they did not have any information about the private ceremony, either.
Assistant Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell said he expected the public memorial to last about two hours, and as police did last Friday, urged Jackson fans to stay away unless they have tickets.
"If they want to watch it, they will need to find a TV and a place to watch it," McDonnell said, adding that blocks around the venues will be cordoned off.
Police will close streets around the Staples Center, but are still anticipating groups of onlookers and fans from all around the world who did not get tickets to show up.
Asked if police will wear riot gear, McDonnell said no, but added that police will "use crowd management" techniques if that is necessary. He said he expected that the police will be able to handle a big crowd if one shows.
The event is expected to be broadcast live on U.S. television and streamed on the Internet.

Teairra Marie's Tribute to MJ
Lady GaGa Continues to Shock
Drake's Post-BET Awards Statement
"That…was a terrible idea that I’ll never do to myself again. But I was being pressed from different areas to perform, and I think what really happened at the BET Awards is with the passing of Mike, the climate really changed, as far as the award show goes,” he told Complex. “I don’t think it called for us to perform “Every Girl” and “Always Strapped,” and I think it was an award show filled with tributes and music and these genuine heartfelt speeches. And to sort of climax out of a very tongue-n-cheek point, and then people misconstruing Wayne’s daughters and her friends coming out on stage — it was just timed very poorly and it definitely wasn’t planned like that, but with that being said, it is what is. I believe in Wayne and myself and it’s nothing we can’t bounce back from. To anyone who was offended, my personal apologies, it wasn’t intended to offend anybody.”
