T-Pain Continues His Ignorant Ways...*le sigh*

We all remember T-Pain's "Big Ass Chain" chain right? Just in case you don't...

Well, now Mr. Pain has gone and purchased two new chains. One is shaped like a bottle of Ciroc Vodka and the other like a bottle of Nuvo. *le sigh*

He then proceeded to tweet: “Shout out to the ppl that feel like I should never buy myself anything. I spend money on me and my family, just bcuz I don't tweet my kids new power wheels and pix of they private school y'all feel like I'm stupid but like I always say y'all do y'all and ima do me.

Bruno Mars Loves That White White

Wow, bathroom attendants are really snitching on people these days. Bruno Mars was enjoying a little of that white girl in the bathroom of a Las Vegas hotel and the next thing he knew he was being arrested. First and foremost can I say...noooooo not you too Bruno! You were so sweet and innocent on that Travis McCoy song and the BOB track had girls all over the world swooning! Why!?!?! I demand to know.
Anywho, now that that's out of the way. TMZ obtained the police report from the incident, in which LVMPD officials state a bathroom attendant at the Hard Rock Hotel informed security "there was a man in the bathroom stall with possibly a man using drugs." According to the report, the attendant went on to say he could "see a male in a striped red shirt with a baggy of white powder substance."
Law enforcement officers made their move -- cops say they asked Bruno to "give over whatever narcotics he had." According to the report, Bruno then "pulled out a white powder substance, which was consistent with cocaine, from his left-front jeans pocket." Cops say Bruno --aka Peter Hernandez-- "admitted he did a foolish thing and has never used drugs before."
The report shows ... once the substance "came back positive for cocaine," Bruno was shipped off to the Clark County Detention Center and booked for possession of narcotics.
*deep sigh*

A-Game: Watchu Saying?

If you're not from Toronto, get familiar with the term "What are u saying"? It means "What's good", "What's up?", "What you up to?" You get the point! Well the boys Nov and Chase from A-Game are turning Toronto's slang into a hit song! Their new single "Watchu Sayin?" is a banger. Don't sleep!!

Jeff Chery Is Staying Busy!

Just last week, Jeff Chery was trying to bite females and now he's being doubted....kind of. Jeff's latest video preview is for the song "Doubt Me" featuring NY artist CurT@!n$. The song addresses the doubt that many icons face while paying their dues — whether from non-believers who in turn become fans or from themselves while being their own worst critic. I love the sound of this one.

Aries (March 21 - April 19)
Depression, for the most part, is really a state of mind. Most folks who are deeply saddened have either experienced trauma or are not listening to their inner voice to go forth and explore their heart’s desires. If you feel your spirit is silent, simply pay attention to your higher ideas. They speak loud and clear as to what direction you need to take in life to unfold your specific destiny.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
Pay attention to your family. When you have the time, offer them special moments. Sharing yourself with those whom you hold close and love most will enhance your relationship and strengthen your connection with them.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
When you worry in essence, it is just your imagination working overtime. Closer to the weekend, try not to over think any situation that causes you mental stress. Eventually, you will feel at ease. More importantly, you will better understand why the circumstances in your life are happening. You will also be open to the experiences that you must undergo to grow into the person you are destined to be.

Cancer (June 21- July 22)
Conflict may arise this week. As long as you remain calm and cool, the disagreements will not spin out of control and reconciliation will be easily attainable. You also won’t have the burden of having to apologize for inappropriate behaviour.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)
Lately, you may have noticed that your life has been taking a turn for the best. Perhaps you have met somebody who has made a positive impact on you or maybe the job you want has arrived or seems to be unfolding. Whatever the reason for your uplifting, you will appreciate this enlightenment even more within one week to one month.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
Taking on a task as if it is a burden is not good. Virgo, if you must do something and there is nothing you can do to release yourself from the situation, take it on as best you can. Dragging your feet and complaining along the way will only make things more difficult than they really are.

Libra (September 23 - October 22)
Lately your security, in terms of finances, has been a concern to you. You must realize, however, that most individuals are feeling the same way as you. Even those who seem to have it all, think about bills. In saying that, continue to ponder your desires for a more financially sound future. However, do not stress about paying bills, borrowing money or not being able to afford the materialistic items you wish to have.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
Struggle is about to unfold. If you allow nature to take its course and not fight the inevitable, you will not experience the negative vibes that others would when withstanding rough times

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)
New beginnings will unfold for you within ten days to ten weeks. Do what comes naturally. What is to happen will make huge waves in your life and increase the happiness in your destiny.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
Challenges will arise, but they will not hold you back from succeeding on an exhilarated level. Continue making plans and attaining your goals. You will see that what is come will be exciting, to say the least.

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)
Looking at life with a dismal outlook will only set you up for unfortunate circumstances. On the other hand, if you appreciate the down time as an opportunity to meditate on life and plan for the future then you will be exalted farther than you would have ever imagined.

Pisces (Feb 19 - March 20)
Do not doubt yourself or hinder your abilities due insecurities. If you do, you will only feel like you are unable to do better or you will discourage yourself from advancing as far as you can

Jay-Z Chillin with Warren Buffet

Im not sure why, but Jay-Z was spotted chilling with one of the richest men in the world, Warren Buffet, over the weekend in Buffet's home state of Omaha. Steve Fobres was also there and rumours are swirling. Jay apparently rolled up to Omaha's Hollywood Diner and, despite only Forbes' cameras being allowed in, word got out the three were dining there.
Accrding to Omaha.com: While Forbes and Jay-Z may seem an unlikely pair, Jay-Z's wealth is estimated at $150 million by some sources. That's short of the $900 million or so needed to make the Forbes list but certainly enough to make some high-caliber financial advice worthwhile.
We can't wait to see how this one plays out.

Bounty Killer Hit a Woman With What?!

Oh dear...it seems that Jamaican dancehall star Bounty Killer has been arrested after a woman showed up at a local police station bloody and bruised claiming he attacked her with a HAMMER! I have no words.
According to police, Bounty Killer is facing assault charges for striking the woman. “She turned up here sometime after six and said that he used a hammer to beat her up,” said Deputy Superintendent, Altermoth Campbell of St. Andrew's police department. Bounty Killer, born Rodney Price, will stand before a judge sometime next week to answer the charges.
Just this past April, Bounty Killer was arrested by the Constant Springs Police, for striking his girlfriend. He then allegedly called the woman and threatened her in the presence of the police. Eventually the woman dropped all charges against Bounty Killer. It is unclear if the woman assaulted last night is the same woman who was beat in April of 2010.
Bounty Killer is also facing previous charges for possessing a firearm, possession of marijuana and other charges.
A hammer...really?

Baby Nash Looks Just Like Her Daddy

Wow, does Christina Milian and The-Dream's daughter ever look like her Daddy! The cutie pie was spotted with her momma grabbing some eats at Subway. Too bad her Daddy turned out to be quite the punk. Christina seems like a good mom, if not a bit of an attention grabbin one.

Whip My Hair Teaser

Well, if you haven't heard Willow Smith, daughter of Will and Jada, is taking the nation by storm with her single "Whip my Hair". The nine-year-old recently signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation and has now released a teaser for her music video. The vid features exclusive photos of the lil superstar. This song goes in! Talented lil girl. It's nice to see that they're letting her be a nine-year-old.
Looks like the Smiths are building an empire eh?

A Rocawear Celebration

Last night celebs came out in full force to celebrate Rocawear's fall campaign, which stars Melanie Fiona and Trey Songz. It seems like everyone was there, from Jay-Z, Kanye West and the stars of the campaign to Jay's sister-in-law Solange, Common, Serena Williams (are they still together?), and Selita Banks. Oh, Omarion was there too. What in the hell is he wearing?

Me and Mommy

Awww check out how cute Jennifer Hudson's son David Otunga Jr. is! JHud brought the little guy with her as she made the rounds on "Good Morning America" and "Live with Regis & Kelly" in NYC the other day. Jen is currently campaigning for healthy meals for children.
I love the fact that she's bringing her own everywhere she goes. It's rare for a Hollywood mom to have her kid with her at all times. Good on JHud.

MJ's Mother Blames Tour Organizers for his Death

Katherine Jackson doing whatever she can to reprimand anyone who may have had a hand in Michael Jackon's death. Now, Katherine and MJ's kids are filing a lawsuit against AEG Live for their negligence of hiring Michael Jackson's physician, Dr. Conrad Murray and for breach of their agreement to provide physical care.
According to TMZ, Katherine claims AEG's contract with Michael "created a legal duty for AEG to act reasonably toward the physical well-being of Michael Jackson." She says AEG never conducted a background check on Dr. Murray and that "AEG did not provide a doctor who was truly looking out for Jackson's well-being and did not provide equipment."
AEG is also being accused of causing emotional distress to Michael's son Prince because he was allowed to witness Michael dying.
"The purpose of this lawsuit is to prove to the world the truth about what happened to Michael Jackson, once and for all," says Katherine's attorney, Brian J. Parish.
I dunno what to make of this. I guess we'll have to see how it all plays out.

For Colored Girls Movie Trailer

Oooohweee! Talk about all-star cast! Tyler Perry's new drama "For Colored Girls" stars Janet Jackson, Thandie Newton, Whoopi Goldberg, Kerry Washington, Loretta Divine, Anika Noni Rose, Kimberly Elise, Macy Gray, and more. The movie was moved up from a January 2011 release to November 5 in order to receive a push for the Oscars. For Colored Girls" brings to the screen Ntozake Shange's Obie Award-winning play, a poetic exploration of what is to be of color and a female in this world.
It looks really intense and very Oscar worthy.

Mariah's Secret Lover to Expose the Industry?

Finally there is a male version of Karrine Stephans, well at least in the "tell-all book" aspect. Da Mizza is a hip-hop producer who has sold over 30 million records and worked with artists like Dr. Dre, Michael Jackson, Hootie & The Blowfish, Eric Burdon and others. According to Da Mizza, who produced Mariah's hit singles "Crybaby," "Irresistible" and "I Still Believe," he was Mariah Carey's live-in boyfriend while working at LA's Power 106. Now he's releasing a book that will apparently reveal details of "one of the industry's most passionate love affair."
According to Da Mizza, Mariah's lawyers gave him a cease and desist request to block the release of the book, where he exposes several other key industry figures. Da Mizza says,"It’s the truth. When it comes to the music industry I know how deep the rabbit hole goes ... and I’m taking fans along for the ride. But there’s a lot more to my story than introducing Mariah to Eminem."
He continued to say, "It’s the truth of why Dr. Dre’s “Detox” has been in limbo for more than a decade ... it’s how Jay-Z became huge enough to run Def-Jam Records ... it’s how I salvaged Janet Jackson’s relationship with radio programmers all over the world. I’m letting loose on how records are made, promoted, leaked, paid off, corrupted and careers and lives made and destroyed at the whims of ego and corporate corruption. I was there.”
Guilty by Association is in stores October 10. Will it be on your must-read list?

Lady GaGa Explains Her Choice of Meat

I can smell Lady GaGa's outfit through the screen. She rocked this meat dress by Franc Fernande when accepting one of her MTV Video Awards the other night. So what's the story behind it? Well, GaGa says she didn't mean to offend any vegans or vegetarians but it was a statement she had to make: "As you know, I am the most judgment-free human being on the earth. However, it has many interpretations, but for me this evening … if we don’t stand up for what we believe in and if we don’t fight for our rights, pretty soon we’re going to have as much rights as the meat on our own bones." She then added, "And I am not a piece of meat."
If you say so GaGa....if you say so...

Amber's Pink Do...

Although we're pretty sure that CreamWorld's Summer 2010 cover girl, Amber Rose didn't permanently dye her hair bright pink, this is pretty drastic change from her usual blond 'do. She hit the runway for the Indashi show for NY Fashion Week at the Metropolitan Pavillion last night. Do we love the hair?

Jeff Chery Bites

The last time we saw ATL-based rapper Jeff Chery, he was opening up for Young Money. Well, now the rapper is preparing to release is next video for the song "Silly" off his mixtape "Going Against The Grain." There is something you should know about Jeff though...he likes to bite and he's persistent! Yikes!

Keyshia Cole's Bundle of Joy

Awww how cute is Keyshia Cole's little bundle of joy? The singer debuted her son with these photos and a special image that she sent to blogger Sandra Rose. Daniel Hiram Gibson Jr. is now six months old. Nice to see Keyshia so happy.

Kimora Dishes on Baby Phat Departure

Last month we told you that Kimora Lee left Baby Phat. Now she's dishing on her departure and revealing that it definitely wasn't expected! She spoke to the Daily News during her Fashion Week show stops this weekend, and made it clear the split wasn't amicable. Kimora said: "It's over. It's absolutely over. It was very abrupt and sudden. I was shocked, it's very, very sad for me. It was totally unexpected."
However, she wouldn't necessarly confirm if she was fired from the clothing line. She continued to comment on her departure from Baby Phat saying, "Oh, I am completely gone….Honey they changed the locks on me! I’m busy with Hello Kitty, Fabulosity….I’m relaunching KLS. I want to cater to this new generation that’s grown up with me.”
Yikes! That doesn't sound like a pretty situation, but we're sure Kimora will be alright.

MTV Video Awards Red Carpet Arrivals

The ladies went for a wide range of fashion choices for the MTV Video Awards. Lady GaGa was out in full-costume including some impossible-to-walk-in heels from Alexander McQueen, which she wore effortlessly. Meanwhile, Ciara rocked it in Givenchy; Eva Marcille looked stunning with a new blonde do; Rosario Dawson went for blue leather and Amber Riely (one of our fav cast members from "Glee") went above the knee!

The guys were rocking their casual best for this years VMAs. Drake got dapper in a suit and continued the theme with his Rat Pack inspired performance, Trey Songz look yummy in a dope green leather jacket (his was probably my fav look), Ne-Yo went for a one-color look that I'm not crazy about, Usher and his artist Justin Beiber went for matching outfit and Travis McCoy was well...Tavis McCoy: unique! LoL.

Kanye West vs. Taylor Swift

We ALL know that at last year's VMAs, Kanye West snatched the mic from Taylor Swift as she was accepting her award for video of the year. Well, after a year of jokes and laughs and analysis, the two once again appeared at the awards....

Taylor Swift performed first and lamented over having her mic snatched. My Twitter homie Jae said it best: "She wrote a song about being...interrupted. Girl it was never that serious." In the song Taylor talks about Kanye being 32 and still maturing. I was kinda embarrassed watching this for the simple fact that the poor little girl act is tired.

Kanye closed the song by premiering his song "Runaway" with Pusha-T of the Clipse. Needless to say, he shut it down. From mixing live to the lyrics where he toasted the assholes, douche bags and jerkoff's of the world, it was brilliant. Kanye for president. LoL.

The verdict? Kanye 2 - Taylor 0. (He gets two for 1) Making her a household name and 2) being an MVA show-stopper)

Aries (March 21 - April 19)
Worrying about money is not going to pay the bills. So Aries, pay more attention to your health rather than your wealth. Eventually, you will see that being in better physical condition will actually offer you more financial freedom in the future. That’s because you will be stronger longer to make enough money to enjoy the lifestyle you are seeking.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
Others will have advice for you, but it is really you who will have to call the shots. Do not be afraid to go the distance and brave the world of confidence. Otherwise, you may have to experience the war of defeat.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
Others will try to take credit for your success and stand in your light. If you express sarcasm or even a look of distain due to their ignorance, outsiders will feel that you are ungrateful. If, however, you do not allow their pompousness to get the best of you, folks will eventually realize that you were the one who got yourself to the pinnacle of happiness and will praise the ground on which you walk.

Cancer (June 21- July 22)
Nip negative emotions in the bud. When you feel your hot temper rising, stop and think, bite your tongue and hold your corner. Otherwise, you will express feelings of angst that will be far too confrontational for the other person to comprehend. This will set a wedge between you and the folks to whom you would prefer to be close.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)
A short, yet well earned, trip is on the rise for you. This will happen within the next couple of weeks. Go and share good times with great friends. A little distraction does not hurt if you do things in moderation. You will have a wonderful break

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
Pressure builds if you allow it to and it can quite often cause feelings of anxiety and stress. To prevent any negativity from emerging, this week focus on meditation or simple forms of breathing exercises and remember the mantra: “This too shall pass”.

Libra (September 23 - October 22)
Do not hesitate to turn your back on situations that are unhealthy for you. Keeping yourself wrapped up in uncomfortable circumstances will only cause you to be miserable and create unpredictability in your life.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
Tell a friend how much you appreciate his or her warmth and watch the person beam from ear to ear. Of course, this person may already be aware of how much you love and respect him or her, but hearing it will compound your connection tenfold and enhance the respect he or she has for you.

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)
Fitness is key this coming fall season. Actually, you should keep it in mind for the entire winter as well. Try not to overindulge on simple pleasure and keep an eye on your habits. Drink to be merry, not to be drunk. Eat to be satisfied, not to be stuffed. Last, but not least, get rid of the cigarettes — unless you are smoking within moderation.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
Take some time to reflect, while making career and finances your focal point. Eventually, you will begin to manifest a great idea to make more money, save cash, and create a brighter future for your fabulous unfolding destiny.

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)
A close friend, roughly between the ages of 23 to 35, will offer you a suggestion. If it sounds slightly critical, try not to take it personally. Getting annoyed by his or her comment will not ease the situation, so relax and respond in a calm manner. When you have time alone, ponder what was said because he or she will have made a good point.

Pisces (Feb 19 - March 20)
Time flies when you are having fun, at least that’s how the old saying goes. At times it’s true and at other times we realize that getting back into the grind of things is imperative. This week, you will see that and actually fixate your attention away from fun to work towards a goal. After all, once the goal is achieved you will celebrate with more fun and laughter.
