Respect Where Respect is Due
Teyana The Model....
There's a New Designer on....Campus?
This has to be a first. Harvard University is launching a contemporary menswear line called Harvard Yard. The university just signed a ten-year licensing deal with Wearwolf Group, a major clothing manufacturer. The clothes won't say "Harvard University" on them or don the schools colours, as they're geared towards a larger contemporary male demographic. The line, which will range in price from $165 for pants to $495 for sport coats, was inspired by photos of students lounging in Harvard Yard in the '60s. That's great and all, but there is one lingering question…why?

Jean-Paul Gauliter Launches Kids' Line
Fat Joe Repsonds To Big Pun's Widow
Here's Fat Joe's response to the video we posted yesterday of Big Pun's wife talking about him, among other things.
“Immediately after Puns death I gave Liza Rios the whole advance of the Endangered Species album, NO ONE but Liza made a dollar off that album. I also gave her the total advance from the publishing company that was due to Big Pun.
I’ve never made a dollar off Big Pun since his passing. This was hundreds of thousands of dollars of frivolous spending, after the second payoff I washed my hands. Since then we have been through 6 lawyers, harassment on various radio stations and online mediums every time she needs more money. I also have legal documents stating that NO ONE is making money off of Big Pun.
I sympathize with Liza, but I have done already done enough for her. In these economic times we as parents need to be resilient and do what it takes to provide for our own families.”

Naomi Campbell At It Again
Naomi Campbell must have forgotten her lessons from anger management class because an Italian paparazzo is claiming the hot-headed supermodel smacked him around with her purse in Sicily, leaving his face scratched and his left eye damaged.
"I managed to avoid her – but her nails still got my eye," photographer Gaetano Di Giovanni told Italian newspaper Repubblica. "For a few seconds I could not see a thing. I could hear that her bodyguards and her boyfriend were trying to drag her away."
Campbell's rep denied the claims to London's Daily Mail, and the police in Lipari, the town where Naomi allegedly delivered the handbag beating, said no report has been filed.
"The photographer was seen following Naomi on a small boat, taking photographs, the day after the alleged incident took place," her rep added.

Lil Wayne Calls Chris Brown the "new Micheal Jackson"
Chris Breezy made a special appearance last night during the Virginia Beach, Virginia stop in the America’s Most Wanted Tour. At on point he danced to the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” and yes, even moonwalked. Weezy then called the 20 year old star, the “new Michael Jackson.” Do you agree?

Drake Speaks on His Latest Injury
Drake posted the following on his personal blog:
This bottle of Opus One is low but my spirits are high my friends. I am about 2 hours away from Toronto, CA where I will be spending the next chunk of time recovering from a surgery that I now must have. I embarked on this tour with a torn ACL, MCL, and LCL and due to the events that happened the other night lord only knows what other damage I have done. On the bright side I will begin the reflecting and soul searching that its going to take to make this album and my outfit on the night I fell was crack. I will forever push myself beyond the limits despite advice and recommendations given because even with this new found success I am still the kid who wanted this more than anything in the world. Its funny when I read comments from previous fans who have lost interest because of the radio play and exposure I have. I just want to assure anyone reading that nothing has changed on my end. I refuse to get comfortable, I refuse to fall in line and follow anyone elses formulas. I still work as if So Far Gone had never dropped and I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to gain entry to this game.
See you soon.

Lady GaGa is Just Plain Extra
We interviewed GaGa for our Winter issue and she was not like this at all. She makes some good points during the interview about double standards but during a lot of it she's quite bitchy. It's all a bit much.
