Word is that on Nov. 15, Jay-Z will be discussing his new book "Decoded" at the NY Public Library. Excuse me, that sound u heard was me fainting and then scrambling to find a ticket to NYC. The book, which is set to explain some of Jay's lyrics will be released the next day. NY Times Bestseller's list better clear its top spot!
