Lady Gaga was spotted arriving at the 13th Annual ACE Awards presented by the Accessories Council last night in NYC. *sigh* I guess she didn't get the memo that covering your face with lace will only shock people once. This is seriously a hot mess situation. The face, the diaper-like underwear, and ummm what's up with the hands? Im so confused.
She needs to get an MRI....they need to confirm that she lost something from up there...smh
