The ladies were in their red carpet casual best recently at Essence's Black Women in music event. It all went down in L.A. and celebs such as Taraj P. Henson (ahem, h'exuse you girl, in that dress!), Mary J. Blige, Canada's own Melanie Fiona, Gabby Union, Kelly Price and Joy Bryant. Love, love, love Mary's, Taraji's and Melanie's looks the most. Lovely.
