Is There Hope for Kimmy?

*le sigh* Do you even remember pre-surgery Kim? I know, as years go back it's more and more difficult to. But, I remember even La Bella Mafia years (around 2003) when she still looked decent. Well, these photos shot over the weekend in Puerto Rico give me a bit of hope. Kim's body looks fab and this could be considered a toned down look for the rapper.
