Over the weekend, Mashona and Swizz Beatz put aside their public breakup for the sake of their son Kaseem Jr., who turned 2. The two threw a party for their little guy and both put on happy faces despite last week's Twitter Beef. Latest Details on the Death of Brittany Murphy

Actress Brittany Murphy was very ill in the hours before she went into cardiac arrest and died. Apparently, Murphy was taking prescription meds for flu-like symptoms she had been experiencing for several days. According to reports, Murphy began vomiting early Sunday morning and told family members she was feeling very ill.
Sources say various prescriptions were found in the home — written for Brittany Murphy, husband Simon Monjack, and Brittany’s mom. Authorities did not find illegal drugs in the house, but Murphy was definitely taking various prescription meds. Murphy’s mother also told paramedics her daughter suffered from diabetes. However, people involved in the case doubt her condition caused her death.
Sources say her flu-like condition and the meds could have triggered a heart attack, but it’s too early to know. An autopsy will be performed Monday or Tuesday. Reports say her Monjack did not want an autopsy but ultimately it’s the Coroner’s call.

Could Ms. Minaj be taking over Weezy's spot as the go-to-rapper for verses? Hmmm interesting. I for one am feelin the track. I like this chick's personality. She's hella animated but it's what makes her a bad bish.

Beanie Sigel Involved In Card Accident

According to various Internet reports, Beanie Sigel was involved in a very bad car accident over the weekend. The accident apparently occurred in Balitmore when the card the rapper was in was ran off the road by a tractor-trailer. Sources say Sigel was not the one driving but he was riding as the front seat passenger. They have not released how bad his injuries are at the moment.

Matthew and Tina Knowles Confirm Divorce

Over the weekend, Matthew and Tina Knowles released the following statement about their divorce, which became public last week.

“The decision to end our marriage is an amicable one. We remain friends, parents, and business partners. If anyone is expecting an ugly messy fight, they will be sadly disappointed. We ask for your respect of our privacy as we handle this matter.”
