BET's "The Cypher"

So, the BET Hip-Hop Awards aired last night. Rappers such as Nicki Minaj, Joe Budden, Buckshot and Crown Royal (vid one) and Nipsey Hussle, Wale and G-Sun (??) (vid two) took part in the Cypher. After it was said and done our Canadian boy Drake tweeted that Nicki Minaj was "Nicki Minaj is he best female rapper alive." Do you agree?
