Lil Ms. Joy Bryant (you may remember her from movies such as "Get Rich or Die Trying" and "Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins") stepped out wearing this little number. And Im not quite sure how I feel about it. On the one hand, it's a cute look, on the other, something doesn't feel quite right. Thoughts?
